We build financial systems for onchain markets. Where much of onchain finance is built around narrow point solutions, we work across the full stack to deliver best-in-class vault products.

We currently manage well over a billion dollars in client assets for major fintechs, neobanks, protocols, exchanges, and capital allocators in crypto, and increasingly for traditional asset managers moving onchain. The team combines traditional finance backgrounds with crypto-native expertise, aimed squarely at durable products for institutional clients.

The Role

You'll join as a Senior Security Engineer, working with the Head of Security to build, run, and scale the security program.

The work sits where capital, risk, and technology meet: securing the systems behind some of the largest and most sophisticated activity in DeFi. You'll own security projects spanning product, infrastructure, and operations, designing the controls, automation, and detection that hold up in one of the most adversarial environments in software, with substantial assets sitting on public blockchains.

What You'll Do

• Threat model new product features and integrations, then harden systems with controls that actually work.
• Run and evolve the application security toolchain, keeping it high-signal for developers.
• Own day-to-day security operations across the detection stack (EDR, SIEM, onchain monitoring, identity, cloud): triage what fires, resolve what matters, cut the noise.
• Triage vulnerability and bug bounty findings by real exposure, drive remediation, and support incident response end to end.
• Take security tooling and projects from evaluation through org-wide rollout, working across engineering, infrastructure, and other teams.
• Automate the repetitive, judgment-light security work with AI: vulnerability and AppSec workflows, access reviews, SOC 2 and audit evidence collection, vendor due diligence, recurring reporting.
• Build reusable AI components and agents that engineering and other functions can pick up and use.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on security engineering across product or application security and security operations.
• A track record of technical security assessments, including system hardening, security policy analysis, and implementing effective controls.
• An adversarial mindset. You think like an attacker and pressure-test assumptions, your own included.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript, and comfort working with modern AI coding tools.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and LLMs to automation, and building reusable tooling that other engineers actually adopted.
• Experience owning security projects end to end, from vendor selection through org-wide rollout, across multiple teams.
• Experience securing high-value or high-throughput transaction systems.
• Clear communication. You explain risk plainly and drive findings to closure.
