About the Company

A well-funded team building institutional-grade clearing infrastructure for digital asset markets, connecting on-chain settlement to the trading firms that use it. Fully remote and globally distributed.

The Role

You'll build the systems that sit between our clearing protocol and the people who use it: the APIs, services, and dashboards that let trading firms onboard collateral, see netted risk in real time, and manage positions across venues.

"Full-stack" here is backend-weighted. You own services end to end and build the operator and client-facing interfaces on top of them. You care about correctness and latency as much as you care about a clean API.

What You'll Build

• Core backend services for collateral management, position keeping, and cross-venue order and risk routing, in Go and Rust.
• Public and partner APIs (gRPC and REST) exposing margin, exposure, and settlement state with strong consistency guarantees.
• Real-time client and operator dashboards in TypeScript and React, showing netted risk, margin calls, and liquidation status.
• Integrations with exchange venues and our on-chain settlement layer, including Cosmos SDK modules and Solidity collateral contracts.
• The connective tissue that makes a clearing platform production-grade and compliant: auth, audit, observability, and deployment.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years building production backend systems, with real ownership of services handling money, risk, or other high-stakes state.
• Excellent Go, Rust, or both. Comfortable designing APIs, data models, and service boundaries. We use hexagonal architecture.
• Solid front-end ability in TypeScript and React. You can ship a clean, data-dense interface without a dedicated FE team.
• Strong distributed systems instincts: consistency, idempotency, failure handling, observability.
• A bias toward specifying before building, and toward tests that actually prove behaviour.

Nice to Have

• Experience with trading, brokerage, payments, or exchange infrastructure.
• Blockchain integration experience across Cosmos SDK, EVM and Solidity, or wallet and custody systems.
• Exposure to formal methods such as TLA+ or Quint, or an appetite to learn them. We specify critical paths formally.
