Role Overview

We're looking for an execution-focused marketing generalist to join a global team.

This is a fully remote role covering brand voice, social channels, content, and growth campaigns for a perpetuals DEX. The right person pairs sharp copywriting and creative campaign thinking with a data-driven, strategic mindset, and knows how to engage an international audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign ideation and execution. Brainstorm, plan, and run marketing campaigns end to end, aimed at global user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Content and copywriting. Write high-converting copy across social and user communications, turning complex trading and crypto concepts into something a global audience can actually digest.
• Social media management. Own day-to-day management and growth strategy for our X accounts, keeping brand messaging consistent and the content strong for both builders and traders.
• Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with distributed product, design, and growth teams so marketing lines up with product updates, trading feature launches, and business goals.
• Data and optimisation. Use performance data to sharpen the next round of work.
• Tech and AI integration. Actively explore and adopt modern AI tooling and marketing tech to streamline workflows, scale content production, and improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience. Prior marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in centralised exchanges, decentralised perp DEXs, or fintech and trading products.
• Execution plus strategy. A track record of delivering tactical marketing plans while keeping the wider strategic picture in view.
• Copywriting. Exceptional copywriting and content skills, with a sharp eye for detail, tone, and audience fit.
• Communication. Fluent or native English, written and spoken, with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy mindset. Real interest in technology, data analytics, and using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
• Adaptability. Comfortable in the fast-moving, constantly shifting world of crypto and Web3.
