GTM & Growth Lead (Crypto x Betting)

Role Overview

We're hiring a GTM lead who genuinely understands both trading and betting, to build the first real liquidity and user engine for an Asia-first prediction market.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy across Asia for a decentralised prediction market.
• Translate betting behaviour into onchain trading flows: odds, pricing, positioning, settlement.
• Design and run liquidity and user growth loops across traders, LPs, and event creators.

Work closely with product to:

• Optimise market design, including spreads, incentives, and listings.
• Improve the trading experience and retention loops.
• Launch and scale high-frequency event markets across sports, macro, and entertainment.

What We're Looking For

Experience in at least one of the following:

• Crypto exchanges
• Prediction markets
• Sports betting platforms, with strong trading or odds exposure

A strong grasp of:

• Trading psychology: PnL, leverage, positioning
• Odds and probability pricing
• Liquidity-driven products such as AMMs, exchanges, or marketplaces

A proven ability to:

• Take products from zero to early traction
• Design incentive systems that drive real trading activity
• Operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
