  • Up to 3 months: $2,500 per candidate
  • 3 to 6 months: $5,000 per candidate
  • 6 to 12 months: $10,000 per candidate
If its for over 12 months, it will be 8% of the candidate’s first-year annual salary.

Once an engineer is successfully onboarded, the fee is payable within five business days of employment.

If you feel like the candidate is unfit or not up to you expectation within 60 days of recruitment, we offer a free replacement or a 100% refund.
